We would like to invite you and two guests to a presentation session at the Mill Adventure Base in Sutton-in-Ashfield, to receive your certificate and badge.  Each awardee will also be invited to go onto our Adventures Centre after the presentation for free, and siblings can go on for a discounted rate.

As part of the booking, the portal will send you a link to the form to fill in – this is the information we need to support the admin of the award and to get all the guests booked onto the Adventures site smoothly. Without it, there will be a delay in joining the fun at adventures.

Please select the date and session you would like to attend. Please note, each awardee needs to complete the booking procedure, rather than being booked on as a group. We are not taking guest names, only those receiving awards

AM Cohort         

1015 - 1045 -  Arrival. Drinks and refreshments.

1045 - 1115 - Presentation

1115 - Adventures experience

PM Cohort 

1230 - 1300 - Arrival. Drinks and refreshments.

1300 - 1330 - Presentation

1330 - Adventures experience
