Join us at our Perlethorpe Outdoor Education centre for a day full of exploring habitats and the creatures that live in them. We will be heading to the River for the morning and spending some time learning about the minibeasts and animals that live there. We recommend wearing old clothing for this activity and also please remember to bring some spare socks, a change of clothes and your wellington boots!

Adults will be required to supervise in the River alongside our tutor.

After lunch we will head to Church wood to search for minibeasts and compare the two habitats and the discoveries we made about each one.

20 spaces. Suitable for ages 5  and upwards. Children under 5 cannot attend.

One adult place FREE per booking. Space will be allocated automatically with a child ticket.

£7.50 per child space.

Please bring your own lunches and refreshments.

Start time 10.30am at Perlethorpe Environmental Education Centre, NG22 9EQ. End time 2.30pm

Parking is available at the education centre and our Notts Outdoors Tutor will be there to welcome you.

Please bring suitable clothing for the day and be prepared for wet weather. Waterproof footwear and flat shoes are advised due to the nature of the site.
