Explore a whole new world at Sherwood Forest and join us on a Minibeast adventure.

We will look at woodland habitats, identify minibeasts and learn about classifying animals and food chains. After lunch we will head back out into the forest to create some natural art using woodland materials, sculpt with clay and even try sun pictures and printing! This is a new and exciting day especially for Home education.

Start time 10am at St Johns Hut, Sherwood Forest, Edwinstowe, NG21 9RN. End time 3pm.

Parking is available adjacent to St Johns Hut and our Notts Outdoors Tutor will be there to welcome you. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 9.45AM as the barrier will still be locked.

Please bring suitable clothing for the Day and be prepared for wet weather. Waterproof footwear and flat soles are advised due to the nature of the site.
