Join Lady Marian at Sherwood Forest for an exciting home education day full of the spirit of Robin hood. In the morning you will test your skill and aim on our medieval archery range, learning about life as arrow retrievers, medieval arrows, and the strength of the English long bow. This session is ideal for new and returning home education families, as if you have been before, it will be a great way to further practice your archery skills.

Soft Archery is suitable for ages 6 yrs to 10yrs.

After Lunch, you will test your Outlaw spirit and complete Robin’s Quest. Follow the questions and complete the tasks to claim your outlaw gold! (This is an optional activity and if you prefer, you can have your own free time to explore Sherwood Forest)

*Location: St Johns Hut, Forest corner, Edwinstowe, NG21 9RN.

*Parking: In the small car park adjacent to St Johns Hut. Please do not arrive before 10.15am.

*Please note although we love dogs, we kindly ask that none are brought to the Home Education day.

*Please note that this day may be cancelled at short notice if adverse weather is forecast. In the event of Notts Outdoors cancelling the day a full refund will be given.
