Introduction

The Mill Adventure Base Approved Activity Provider (AAP) is offering an Open Gold expedition practice & expedition programme based in Peaks, and the Lake District. Participants can access the practice/training expedition if they haven't previously completed one. Or just access the quaffing expedition only. This programme is suitable for students already enrolled as a Gold DofE participant and who have already completed their Silver award.

Why us?

The Mill Adventure base AAP has been delivering DofE expeditions for Nottinghamshire schools and students since 2013. As an approved DofE Expedition provider and part of Nottinghamshire County Council's Notts Outdoors Team, all our staff are highly experienced, qualified, DBS checked & first aid trained. Safe working practices following national guidance, risk assessments, operational procedures and government advice will be followed.
